LeeAnn did an amazing job in totally revamping my web page. She took a drab boring web page and turned it into something amazing. My web page now has an online store where my customers can view products and purchase from the comfort of their home. LeeAnn is amazing with new ideas and keeping on top of any maintenance needed for my business web page. She continues to brainstorm new ideas and is always available with any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend LeeAnn for anyone looking to have a new web page design. I continue to use her for maintaining my business page.

I've been working with Proud Pup Media for a few years now and Lee-Anne has helped build a few sites (and iterations) for us. When she doesn't have an answers, she GETS THEM. She's detail oriented, BE prepared to get things done. Advice for new customers: the MORE you come to the table prepared, the better it will all turn out. Be hands on during the process to help Lee-Anne bring your ideas to LIFE! She is upfront and fair about pricing, has a great referral system and really does work her magic.

We'll send you a questionnaire and follow up with a Discovery Call to go even deeper. We take that information into the Planning stage where we spend 1 -2 hours applying what we've learned against website design best practices.
Market Research – We thoroughly research your target market & customer to understand who they are & what they need from your business. We research the competition and similar businesses to see what they are doing, and then do it better.
Design – During the design process we take what we've learned about your business, the competition and your target market and customers to start work on your website design, layout and functionalities. We focus on your brand to generate your colour palettes & fonts. We'll send you page samples to review and approve.
Site Development – Within a secure development environment we start building out your site with a focus on accessibility, searchability and ease of navigation for website visitors. We'll build out forms, custom templates for pages and posts, header, footer and navigation menus. We'll install plugins and apps to enhance your marketing efforts, ie Google Search Console, Fathom Analytics.
Testing – We test all aspects of your website project as we go along however once your website is on the server we ensure everything is working as it should before it goes live. This includes testing of all buttons, forms & links, page layouts and mobile responsiveness. Then more testing!
