Powerful IT Systems has provided full-service IT support for our firm for the better part of a year now. Nazar is professional and very responsive when issues arise. He was able to identify and correct several potential security issues and worked with us to correct them. Nazar also sends out proactive cybersecurity training information to help our staff stay up to date on the potential threats that exist in an online work environment. I would highly recommend Powerful IT systems.

Powerful IT Systems handles all our IT and are great to work with. Anything we need, they help out with pretty much immediately or same day if it can be handled remotely. They are also available for us at odd hours like when we have questions on weekends. Working with Powerful IT Systems has really felt like having an internal IT person without having to add another person to my payroll! Couldn't recommend more.

Went BEYOND my expectations!!!! I called Powerful IT to see if my PC could be tuned up. It was older and running very slowly. Nazar remoted into my system and looked every thing over. He then explained to me why my PC hardware was just not able to keep up anymore. I was half expecting this due to the age of the computer, but had hoped to squeeze a bit more life out of it. More importantly, the prospect of trying to figure out what to replace it with was not something I looked forward to. I am good at using a computer, but I don't know much about what to buy! Nazar and I hopped on a major retailer website and he patiently walked me through several options until we settled on one that would work well for me and at a price-point I could afford. I was so relieved! I tried to pay Nazar for his assistance (he was on the phone with me for 46 minutes) but he refused saying he didn't fix anything. I am extremely grateful for his time, expertise and guidance. I will definitely contact Powerful IT the next time I have an issue and highly recommend Nazar to all my friends!
