First of all, Posh is great. My situation was unique I had multiple lines of businesses each needed it’s own phone number and answering. They were able to design a custom solution to fit all of my expansive needs at a cost-effective rate. Now when you call each of my businesses they are answered 24/7 with a unique greeting per the line. Posh has completely replaced my phone system as their app is amazing and I can dial out through the app. My phone is no longer field with Spam that I can’t answer and I’m not missing important client calls. The flow is designed to my exact specification and they are very coachable if I ever want to change something. Would 10/10 recommend.
