As a brand new business owner, it is quite overwhelming to get all of the branding taken care of amidst the myriad of items required to actually get up and running. Scott was a very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable partner when I needed it most. The logo we contracted him to do turned out wonderful, and he gave us all of the files we needed to use it in many different projects. I felt the quality of his work was exceptional. He was/is very helpful with feedback and tips for the website I built myself. I am very open to using PlayBig Design again in the future.

When Cops' Kids, Inc. started up as a non-profit corporation in Huntsville, Alabama, three years ago, no one on the board was fluent in web or graphic design skills. After talking with several local firms, we chose to retain PlayBig Design. We had several face-to-face discussions with them about what kind of organization we were and what our specific internet needs were - including a method for scholarship applications to be submitted on line to our organization. The website and social media that PlayBig Design created for us has worked excellently since day one. When updates have been required, PlayBig promptly made the changes - again, flawlessly. PlayBig also designed our corporate logo for which we have gotten many compliments. It can be intimidating to retain a web firm when one knows so little about creating and maintaining a social media presence. We feel lucky we made the PlayBig Design decision.
