After an intense search for a cream-of-the-crop digital product design studio, I hired Phenomenon for a period of one year to work on an immense and complex Web+Desktop+Mobile project, having retained a team of 2 full-time UI/UX designers, 1 full-time project manager, and multiple other part-time "on-demand" designers with unique skillsets. As an executive with a background in Industrial Design myself, I had high expectations when it came to the quality of both the team and the work they would output, yet Phenomenon worked with such excellence so as to exceed every single one of those expectations again and again.
