I am the CEO of SHS Payroll LLC, providing payroll processing services to business with 1 - 50 employees. We have all the technology of the national firms but focus on service as we answer the phone without an auto-attendant. Our website created 5 years ago became outdates as well as our focus changed to narrow the services we providing allowing us to focus on our customers, the service and the niche we could bring the most value. We were introduced to PerformLabs through an introduction and were thrilled with the work and performance. After a series of discovery calls and mapping out the framework for the website, PerformLabs came back with mock-ups and designes as well as wording. Within a few sessions, the framework was built and the draft site was presented. In total, 4 team members were on the team led by a very capable project manager, Noah. we launched our new site and have received rave reviews on ease of use, functionality and overall design. The PerformLabs team was great to work with and professional the entire time keeping us on track to our finished product. The team was amazing to work with. a company is only as good as it's folks and this was a great team. Things could have always been done faster but it took how long it was supposed to and turned out amazing.
