What Makes Us Different?

Packetlabs is a Canadian SOC2-certified cybersecurity firm that's specialized in ethical hacking services, including penetration testing, application security testing, objective-based testing, cloud penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming and more. Our core values include thoroughness, integrity, humble, collaboration and curiosity.

We have a unique approach to recruitment which has resulted in top-tier penetration testing capabilities. Our approach has been featured by Offensive Security and resulted in a case study that can be found on their website. This approach involves an in-depth, never-ending 72-hour challenge to help evaluate candidates beyond the conventional interview questions. The reason for this is that much of what we do is protected under NDA and we needed a better approach. There is a massive talent/capability scale and interview questions alone are not effective. This is critical because we have to find as many vulnerabilities as possible and an attacker may only need to find one.

Our penetration testing often uncovers hard-to-find vulnerabilities that were missed on a prior pentest because of our devotion to constant training and learning. Our team is humble and is always eager to learn and rapidly apply new tactics in each and every one of our engagements.

We work collaboratively, and each engagement has the benefit of our entire team on standby ready to  help uncover one more vulnerability, consider additional vulnerabilities that may lead to privilege escalation, remote code execution, or unauthorized access to client data.
