Britney Zientara with Optimum was essential in helping us onboard Clickup as a project management tool for achieving our strategic communications goals. Communications is so unlike many other departments in our field because we are regularly working on many short-term deadlines that require more fast-paced turn times and review processes. Clickup has allowed us to streamline these processes by quickly providing precise feedback and approvals while also building in a level of accountability and general awareness of projects and deadlines that is not possible through email, shoulder taps, and the many other ways project requests can be informally raised in the workspace. The mobile app is also a huge plus in making the platform accessible while we’re on the go. I cannot overstate the time and energy conserved and the efficiency created by our use of Clickup. This impact would not have been possible without the valuable training provided by Britney to ensure we understood the platform.
