Nili Lotan is partnered with One Step for support, training, and consulting. We recently had some key resources leave the company and with that lost much of the knowledge of how our systems were functioning. We asked One Step for help and they were able to provide. They first provided documentation such as a systems Integration Diagram which outline which data is flowing between which system. They then provided training in Teamwork to individuals at Nili Lotan. During this training our Teamwork Subject Matter Expert was able to direct our eCommerce Team on the proper handling of web orders, give insight into which reports are useful to our business, and help our new Director of Retail get up to speed in Teamwork quickly. I enjoy working with our One Step Teamwork SME because of their commitment to providing my team with what they need to succeed. They always make themselves available to me and I appreciate that greatly. Kris Davis in particular has been very patient and thorough during this process. Without his support, we would be knee deep with issues. He has been a huge support helping us get back on our feet and perfect any outstanding integration issues while catering to our needs.
