Service Desk Support - Omega Systems seeks to create a positive, seamless and personal IT support experience for our customers. Our rapid-response support strategy is streamlined with:

Omega Systems' Level 1 Service Desk Technicians personally answer all incoming calls less than 15 mins in length (24X7X365).  Service calls that exceed 15 minutes are escalated to a customer's dedicated Technical Account Management Team for advanced resolution. 

Each Technical Account Manageer has a designated team of Service Desk Pros and Team Leads equivalent to a level 2 & 3 Engineer. The team approach allows the Service Desk Engineers to remain intimately familiar our customer's technology environments. Our customers are paying for expertise and validated analytics when making even the smallest decisions. With our support structure in place, Omega  employs a change management process where we track and map end user behaviors and issues to propose justified and valuable solution modifications.

True Customized Services - Omega Systems offers customized managed security packages.  Customers aren’t forced to over pay for services.  We make sure our least comprehensive service exceed the value of our competitor's best solution.

No Outsourcing - Omega Systems' NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operation Center) departments are internally sourced.

Omega Systems' Proprietary SIEM TOOL - Omega Systems' SIEM offering is NOT a vendor re-brand with rigid, mass-produced limitations.  Since Omega Systems performs our own high level analytics through our properly configured and constantly updated security hardware and applications, we are able to provide custom reports with actionable insight. We provide custom SIEM live-time dashboards so that the SIEM data is leveraged for maximum value, rather than just fulfilling a requirement.  

Security and Compliance Officer - Omega Systems has a Security and Compliance Officer on staff.  We offer a service to leverage the SCO when needed (remotely or in person) for expert advice, opinions and insight with regard to forward moving decisions. The SCO will educate customers, develop and review security planning strategies or assist customers with compliance and regulatory audits. 

Fortinet NSE8 Engineer on Staff  - The NSE8 certification is the highest and most prestigious level in the Fortinet technical certification ladder. It signifies a complete and thorough understanding of all Fortinet appliances, including implementation, operation, advanced features and troubleshooting. The Fortinet NSE 8 certification is designed to reflect best practices using Fortinet devices and advanced networking and security solutions.  For any company running Fortinet security, the value of having an NSE 8 Certified Engineer onboard cannot be overstated. This advanced level expertise is sought after and rare.  There are less than 300 Fortinet NSE8 Certified Professionals in the US.
