Product Definition

We sit down with you to understand and help define the problem you’re looking to solve. We’ll sketch out flows and processes to make sure that we’re getting it, and give you an initial assessment of how a tech solution might be able to help. We will create functional wireframes for your web or mobile app and detailed technical specifications for how the product will actually work.
Product Design

Design starts and finishes with the user. It requires understanding who’s going to be using the product and where their priorities lie. We bring you with us on each stage of the design journey, from our rough sketches to a full design-prototype that you can interact with. This is a crucial part of the process - it ensures we’re going in the right direction, and often generates more ideas. At the end of this process we will provide you with a high fidelity clickable prototype and a fully scoped out plan for the products development, including an estimate on cost and timeline.

Product Development

With our highly experienced and handpicked team of developers we take the product designs and plans and turn them into functional applications. We work using an Agile Scrum framework for project management, so we can remain flexible to your requirements. Our aim is to provide you with working code every 2 weeks, so that you can see the product being built at each stage until you have a complete, working, fully tested product.
