Absolutely terrible experience hiring this company. After paying the invoice upfront I was met with nothing but delays and unfulfilled tasks. I parted ways with over $10,000 and am still unsure what was done. Upon requesting a technical summary of tasks completed, I was ignored. I will be following up in mediation and a complaint to the ACCC. I hope nobody else has to experience this and can find a company with integrity.
