Our process is different from other digital agencies in that our teams do not work in a vacuum. Instead, our creative, strategy, media, and development teams work hand-in-hand, collaborating before the brief has even been written. Our team wants to know that they helped solve a real business problem at the end of the day. They want to know which creative execution is performing best, what we can optimize, and how we can put those insights to work moving forward. Not only does our creative work need to stand out and look amazing, but it has to get the job done.
This process includes the following general phases: creative brief is written (includes strategy, account, and client), creative team briefing (includes strategy, creative, and account), creative development, internal review (includes strategy, creative, and account), client presentation.
From here, the creative review process typically goes through three rounds of revisions before moving to production. Depending on the project, the production team (includes creative, development, video, etc.) is often brought in from the start to ensure any specific best practices and tactical insights are included.
