We start each engagement with a deep analysis of your ideal customer profile (ICPs). How well we understand your market is an internal KPI for us, and critical for us to get right as that is the catalyst for the efforts to come. Once we realize the opportunity in your segment we actualize it. To do this, we determine the go-to-market strategy for demand generation and customer acquisition. At this stage, a succinct SEO and/or Paid Media Strategy is crafted, at the heart of it we have a MQL and/or SQL targets that will be our north star metric which determine short term pipeline success. Once cross functional teams are aligned, we continue with all the necessary optimizations and campaign execution. During this stage we analyze performance month over month to spot gaps and opportunities that will impact the rate at which we collect MQL or SQLs. Ongoing analysis and conversion driven recommendations will be honed in to maintain and or exceed targets. During the data collection period, we keep an ongoing track of information being reported in your CRM which is later repurposed to further fuel customer acquisition efforts. During this time our expectations would be to reduce overall consumer-acquisition-costs (CAC) so we can reliably impact business level KPIs like positive revenue.
