Completely messed up a shirt order. Said they would re-do the shirts and donate the wrong ones to charity. Paid in full, since they had righted their wrong on our very first order, years prior. Never made new shirts, never gave us the bad shirts, and never refunded money. Also, changed the quality of the shirt on a re-order place at the same time as new shirt order. Brought in existing shirts for referenced, but they supplied a much cheaper shirt with tags, fabric that pills, and have worn much faster than original. Definitely put my trust in the wrong people. Several orders, multiple styles, and many years of history between us. We haven't changed, our money is still good… but Matteo Graphics are crooks, thieves and charlatans.
