Luby was a highly professional development firm in my opinion. We had a 10 month fixed scope project and they met the required scope in the promised time frame. Especially appreciated the ideas/improvements they brought to the project that were above and beyond what we, as the owners thought of. They really made the engagement a "partnership", thinking about what was in our best interest for the final product.
