Reviews & Profile for Logo Venture

I've placed my order with them and was promised delivery within 48 hours. They sent me some initial designs and then I stopped hearing from them, not even a single reply to my emails nor are they allowing me to chat with them to find out about the status of the logo order I placed with them. They haven't implemented the changes to the logo I've chosen and requested more money when I asked for the agreed-upon final files as per our original agreement. I no longer believe I'll be getting the logo I ordered through this company online, nor do I have faith that they will deliver on what they promised. It was a big mistake trusting their advertising and overselling in the first place. I should have used the services of Fiverr as I usually do. They're to be trusted. I wish I could say the same about this company, which cannot be trusted. I'm sharing my story so that others would know what they're getting themselves into if they decide to conduct their business with this online company. I hope this helps you guys out there!
