Working with LocalEyes was an incredible experience from start to finish. My project manager sat down with me and took time to understand my company, business needs, and vision for the project. She took diligent notes and described the type of video I was looking for perfectly after just one meeting! Prior to the video shoot, the LocalEyes team was very responsive and communicated frequently with updates, which was really helpful. Once on location, the camera crew took care of so many last minute details! From set up to take down, the team was professional, creative, efficient, innovative, and truly understanding of what we were trying to capture. This made the filming process a breeze! Finally, editing was done promptly and exactly on schedule. The first take was near perfect, and I was thrilled with the results. After just a few revisions, our final product was set in reality. What really sticks out to me about my experience with LocalEyes is how much time and care they took to understand the story I wanted to tell. They understood that although we are a business, we also want to connect the story of our customers with the solutions we provide in a truly meaningful way. The result of their care was a beautiful video that not only showcased our product, but more importantly the incredible work that our customers do.
