I found LAPSE production through Google Search and was immediately impressed by the form they made me fill out on their website. It was the first contact form that had relevant questions about the video deployment strategy, marketing tactics and distribution channels. I felt like they already cared more about our success than any other company or agency. When I got to virtually meet with them, the connection was immediate. I could sense our project was as exciting for them as it was for us. A true win-win situation. Prior and during the shooting day, they did a great job directing us on what was needed, the shooting process and the next steps. They helped find a great make-up artist so the visual was impeccable. They helped direct people on set and made our speakers feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were quick, professional, and absolutely awesome to be around. They were very conscious of the environment we were filming in, very polite towards our guests and gave great pieces of advice during the entire shoot. Post-shooting, the back and forth/ communications have been awesome. They were open to feedback and various change requests. Super helpful. I would give them 8 stars out of 5 if that was possible and will definitely work with them again.
