We have the ability to purchase domestic goods or directly import products from overseas for items that need to be customized to fit the client’s needs. By importing the products, we can pass the cost savings on to the client which in turn saves money for everyone in this economy.

Here at Konik and Company, Inc., we will not sacrifice the quality of our products just to be “the lowest bidder.” Our products represent the Konik name which means we will not deliver items if they are not up to top standards. We have many goals but the most important goals are: 

~To make the client happy!
~Provide the client with the most cost effective and high perceived value for their budget
~Make sure all artwork printed on the product is up to the client’s standards.  We always show either a PDF proof or actual proof before proceeding with the entire run, whichever is discussed prior to the order being placed.
~Delivery dates are extremely important.  We will not accept an order if we cannot deliver on time or earlier.  We will tell the client before we accept the order if the delivery date cannot be met.

We have a very tight quality control on all of our products. We will not deliver goods that are not functioning or have smeared logos. If the client is not happy, we will be happy to review the issue of the goods and replace the goods if the requirements were not met.

We have unlimited funding within our business without having to borrow from banks which allows us to work on very low margins which in turn we pass on to your customers with the best possible cost.

We know the import business and thrive on the great relationships we have established with our China manufactures over the years.  We have built overseas relationships with which allow us to deliver the highest quality products at the fairest prices.

We travel to China periodically throughout the year to visit the factories to make sure that things are running to code with factory conditions and make sure that all rules and regulations are being followed.

We can supply the following certification upon request:

·        Certificate of insurance (amount to be determined)

·        Certificate of compliance for safety, WRC and FLSA

·        Documentation of testing and inspection by a third party

·        We follow all prop 65 standards
