Founded in 1995 with the idea that you and all business owners and managers are always looking for opportunities to improve all aspects of YOUR BUSINESS. Unlike our competition, our service does not stop at maintaining and managing your IT systems. We coach our customers to tell us about their business and business challenges. We will find innovative ways to turn those challenges into opportunities. We coach you on how innovation and technology can help you become a trend-setter in your industry and help you achieve incredible business results. We have supported many industries and businesses of all sizes; from small 5-person shops up to Fortune 50 accounts. Though we can and do service businesses of all sizes and industries, our sweet spot is in two primary industries, Financial Services and Hospitality/Restaurants with 10-1000 employees. In these businesses we have many decades of experience and we set the bar! I started this company because I have a passion for teaching professionals how they can solve problems, save time and money, and build their own business or technical acumen. I want to help leaders in the community become part of something that is much bigger than they thought possible.

Our company and our teams follow the principle that Trust and Teamwork are paramount!  We always make decisions on behalf of our customers as if we would make them for our own business.  You and your business are more important to us than our own business.  Without you and your business, we cannot exist, there is no us.  This instills an enormous amount of trust and respect.  It improves communications and together everyone achieves more.  We incentivize our team and team members by their ability to work as a team.  2/3rd of the team and individual team member evaluation is all about teamwork. It is far more important to us that the team is successful. This way, if there is a member of the team that is not making magic happen, the team can help try to get that person to achieve more. 

Dan, our founder, is personally moved by helping others succeed.  This helps us build an awesome team and helps our team members feel like a member of not only their jIT team but also the team of each customer they work with. As a business we inspire all team members to not just look at the problem and punch a clock, but to learn how to stand out and do amazing things.  We are an innovation company and it is incumbent on all who work for us that they are able to think outside the box and solve problems long before you and our customer even know there is a problem. 

With our the “whatever it takes” attitude and technical competence, we do not JUST keep your systems running smoothly, we help you build a better business for yourself. We will invent new systems and solutions as needed to solve problems or create opportunities for you that you otherwise may have thought were impossible to solve without a massive budget.  This allows you to  focus on their business and look for bigger opportunities while we maintain and help turn opportunities and challenges into viable cost-effective solutions.
