Over the past few months on several occasions, I have interacted with many different members of the Integra team - during the initial office set up; with questions to the Integra's Help Desk; and during an upgrade from POTS to fiber in our office. Each time, these individuals have provided consistent, excellent customer service that always met and many times exceeded my expectations. This type of consistent, outstanding performance does not happen by itself and is impressive to observe and experience. It is evident that Integra's leadership hires selectively, sets expectations, and trains its team members to timely address their customers issues. Integra is the only IT company I would choose.
