Our business has worked with Infomedia for over 10 years. The talent of their designers and technical people has delivered a website that our clients and even our competitors compliment. The best part of this 10-year relationship, however, has been the amazing customer service we receive (although we are a small business). We have worked with Pam Sanderson on many projects. Her sense of what we need and what are clients are looking for makes her indispensable partner in each new endeavor. She usually knows what we are asking for even before we can express it clearly. AND she is fun to work with!

First and foremost, I'd like to stress how amazing it is that Infomedia is willing to pursue projects from its own team members. I have been with the company for over two years now, and I know how important the client experience is to Infomedia. In my eyes, it was a no-brainer for me to place my trust in Infomedia to build my website. I could not have asked for a better experience working with the team, and it was very insightful to go through the process as a client. I had a few ideas about the aesthetics of my site that I communicated to the creative team, but I encouraged them to take those ideas and run with them in a way they thought was best (I'm no designer, after all!) When the creative team reviewed my design comps with me, I was blown away. It was clear that they listened to my ideas while also incorporating their expertise from a user experience and overall design perspective. And throughout the process, the project manager was communicative and always responsive when I had questions. I am extremely proud of my website, and I would absolutely recommend Infomedia for photography, a website design/build, and so much more.

The team at Infomedia was a pleasure to work with! They were professional and provided excellent guidance and direction without ever making me feel unheard. They listened to my thoughts and ideas and welcomed the input. They also kept me informed and regularly communicated updates so I was never unsure of the progress of our site build. The new website looks and functions great, and I could not be more pleased!
