I am thoroughly satisfied with the service that I received today. I called this company 2 days ago, and their technician was very kindly offered me guidance on how to try to solve my problem (restoring my computer), for free. I called back, needing more help, and he came over the next morning and solved the problem. Very honest and good service, I would recommend them to anyone, and will call upon them myself if/when next needed.

The IT support that Hexafusion provides has saved my medical office so many times, with multiple computer issues in my business. Jason is extremely professional, courteous, and has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Hexafusion because the employees are prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wonderful people. Very Experienced and trustworthy!

We are a medium sized office that works 100% online. We were having issues with our last provider for about a week. The downtime was killing our productivity so we decided to call Hexafusion Canada. Paul came out to our office within an hour of our phone call. He diagnosed and solved the problem as soon as he heard what was going on and saw our network. We decided to switch IT provider and cannot be any happier. The IT support we have been receiving from has kept us running smoothly since! I highly recommend Hexafusion if you are looking for IT support.
