Fran, Emma and Florian took $4000 from in exchange for migrating my old site over to a new shopify store. This was quoted as a 2 week project. 16 weeks later and literally nothing has been done. Impossible to reach by phone. Always respond with cheery canned messages that they are working on it and will get back right away but when looking at activity logs, they typically hadnt logged in in weeks. Have not received a penny back from them yet. Trash. Terrible. Look elsewhere if you want actual work to be done.
