Working with Yannick to design my new business's first website was so much easier and less stressful than I had anticipated it would be. I am transitioning from academia to industry and I had a lot of questions about what needed to be done and how to do it, in order to reach my target customer base and optimize their user experience. Yannick was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction, even anticipating my needs in several instances and suggesting solutions to issues before they arose. I did not know what to expect but I was extremely pleased with my overall experience and with how affordable Yannick's services are, especially given the level of service I got from him. This is what I was hoping it would be like working with a local developer. Whenever I had questions or concerns I knew I could reach Yannick easily and communicate with him directly. I also appreciate how long he has been in business because I am very new to this whole world so I want to know that my developer is going to be around for (hopefully) as long as my business is to support me.
