If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order in December that I never received. The post office messed up their delivery and the package was never received by me, yet they marked it as delivered. I contacted GV and they said not their issue as it was marked as delivered that I needed to go through the post office. USPS said I needed to have the company that sent it file for an appeal. Today 3/30 I received an email from GV stating it was denied. So I am out my approx $90, I have no product AND they sent a code for a discount to order again - WAIT. I didn't get what I ordered and you think I'm going to purchase from you again - sorry. Meanwhile I bought shoes from a different small company that don't work for my feet. I am donating them to another nurse because they have only been worn once. The company asks for feedback on their product and I provided that they didn't work and what I was experiencing. This shoe company - that is a start up - refunded my full purchase price. I did not ask, because I have the product in my possession. The shoe company volunteered. That is how a business is run and keeps customers.
