We worked with Guidea to help lead our team through discovery on a new growth strategy for our business. They conducted a number of interviews with internal stakeholders to understand opportunities, and then tested those with existing and potential customers in several rounds with different approaches (questions, Miro Board sticky note exercise, and light prototypes). They also led the project as a learning opportunity for our internal team to gain expertise on customer interviews and data collection to be able to recreate for future initiatives.
