I do not offer to provide reviews often. I do not give negative reviews. But when a vendor exceeds my expectations and deserves my recommendation, I readily volunteer to do so, without being asked. Such is the case with Framework IT. The phone product is outstanding, but what sets them apart is the service they have provided us. They have accommodated every request we have made, they have proactively offered suggestions and have gone well beyond what would be expected to get us what we ask for. I can't recommend Framework IT enough.
