John has been so helpful to me several times throughout the years I've known him. He helped me with securing a new laptop that had to be compliant with my highly regulated industry and my specific needs. It feels like we have been brought out of the dark ages. Before we met John, of Forge IT, our company was just getting by with a very subpar IT and email service. Our emails were full of spam and phishing emails. The fear that one of our team was going to click on a malicious link and we would be infected by a virus or ransomware was extremely stressful. We needed someone to come in and help us become more secure while at the same time not losing any work flow for my team. Oh and it needs to be cost effective. That is what John from Forge IT did for us. He explained the options and walked us through the process of becoming a more secure company and did it while proving more functionality, flexibility and security. Forge IT's remote tech support makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues that may come up and allows us the ability to onboard new employees faster. I can't say enough good things about Forge IT.
