Being PHP-based, the scheduler is accessible online 24/7 and personnel can always keep an eye on their schedule. Administrative personnel can conduct reports on work, sign up, trade shifts and time off, and export the reports as Excel, CSV or PDF files. I was afraid my lack of technical background would make it hard for me to follow project progress but the process turned out to be very transparent and customer-oriented.
