Would give negative stars if possible. Company has been bought multiple times, currently owned by First Digital. Long time customer. Since being absorbed by First Digital have had multiple connectivity issues, drop rate is abysmally high, multiple instances of email being unavailable FOR WEEKS/MONTHS, promised callbacks never happen, passing the blame when confronted, etc. Dial up is vetter than these people. Using the library internet is better than these people. Avoid at all costs, you will hate yourself (and them) if you sign up for their service.
