Our approach at the Experience Development Center (XDC) is connecting with the right audiences through our virtual contact center associates, or as we call them, Experience Coordinators, are dedicated to delivering the best experience before, during and post our engagements.  

U.S.A BASED: Although we have team members with roots all over the world, all of our Experience Coordinators are United States based and fluent in English to deliver the best experience to each contact.  We also have Experience Coordinators fluent in Spanish.

TECHNOLOGY: Our Experience Coordinators are prepared with every contact with state-of-art contact technology integrated with information so their engagements are as personalized as possible. Our Experience Coordinators reach out via phone, text and email to increase opportunities and engagements to generate opportunities.

MORE CONTACT
Contact rates have decreased due to increased privacy protection laws driven by the FTC. However, to increase contact rates our team uses phone registration technology to avoid calls being identified as SPAM.

In August 2022, the Experience Development Center was launched with the goal of creating a team environment that fosters success.  We were fortunate to absorb eDealer Outsource and create a new company focused on enhancing the Business Development experience and process.

Our MISSION at XDC is to go beyond viewing clients as mere leads, but rather as individuals we can build a relationship with.

Our VISION is to make our clients' clients love doing business.
