HORRIFIC NiGHTMARE!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! DONT RUIN YOUR LiFE!!!!!!! WORST CHOICE YOU CAN MAKE!!!!! I spoke to Shubu nearly a year ago with my app idea. To start with the company makes you feel. He told me there was two options one would be 30,000 and would take a year on their plan. The other would take 5 months maximum but would be double the cost. As my app was unique with a huge market for its need, the app had to be created asap. I explained VERY clearly time is of the essence and I needed it done before anyone else would release a similar app. So I opted for the 5 months double the cost option. It is now 10 months later!!!!!! The app is no where near finished. 3 other companies have seen my idea on social media stolen my concept and made their own app. Which is out on the market. Also upon my consultation with Shunbu I asked if there was an extensive testing team. He reassured me that Elegant has a group of testers that go through the app for months until all the bugs are gone. The time frames sent in the contract so far have tripled in time with no end in sight. When asking this company to complete anything the time it takes is unfathomable!!! Just to get the smallest thing done takes a painful amount of time, that is if it does get done. Also let me be clear there is no testing team. It is just the project manager, the app developer and you. So far I have attended around 10 meetings to go through the app and 9 out of the 10 times we meet for 10 minutes before we can’t proceed any further due to the app being un-functional. A big waste of my time and far from an app testing team that I was promised who would bring me a close to bug free app to test after extensive testing from the apparent Elegant testing team. They do not test at all before they set up the next meeting. The amount of bugs in the app is farrrr from being released in this century. Let me also inform you planning anything in advance like a marketing launch campaign is impossible. When you ask Elegant for a time frame it is always soon. I have lost two previous marketing companies due to not being able to give a time to start the campaign. Recently I have taken extensive action as desperate measure to make this app happen. I employed a third party company which I have paid an extra 15 grand for to help Elegant bring the app somewhere close to a functional app. They are willing to do 90% UI work and have told me it will be finished in a week!!!! The whole front end 40 screens done in a week! Yet after sending Elegant a screen by screen video created by my new team (basically spoon feeding this Elegant) I am still waiting for response. They literally just have to say yes send through the screens. Perhaps even a thankyou for making it easier. They can’t even reply with in two weeks where as this other company will complete the whole task /40 screens in one week!!!! I am now starting to realise I have paid a company 40,000 so far to ruin my dreams. The thing is the people working on your app are really nice. It is a management issue!!! Greed! This company needs to stops taking on more jobs and focus on delivering on the current projects. Also take accountability for the over promising and under delivery. I am writing this to warn anyone who maybe considering using this company. I have read some of the positive reviews on here to be honest they must be a fake!!!!. I am also in the process of contacting past clients who have had an identical experience!!!! Let me tell you there are many! I have found 5 (6 including myself) in the last two days broken by this company and willing to put forth a case against them. I also found out on Friday they have been reported to consumer affairs a few times. I feel like this is something a current affair needs to report. We all want to get just what we paid for. I hope this saves some one out there, as the last year has been one of the worst years I have ever had due to this company.
