I recently engaged Efir Media for web design services, expecting high-quality work based on their Clutch.co profile, which boasted numerous positive reviews and a solid portfolio. However, my experience with Efir Media was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my story to caution others. Firstly, their Clutch.co profile appears to be misleading. It has come to my attention that Efir Media's CEO, Yury Belazor, along with other Efir Media contractors, submitted falsified reviews with hidden conflicts of interest, boosting their Clutch ranking under false pretenses. I relied on these reviews in good faith, but the service I received was far from what was promised. Secondly, Efir Media misrepresented their workforce and capacity. They claimed to have an in-house team capable of handling all aspects of web design and development. In reality, they hired almost exclusively via Upwork and used outside contractors for the job. I only discovered this when a job posting using my company's website appeared on Upwork, leading applicants to contact me directly—an unprofessional and inappropriate move by Efir Media. As a result of these fraudulent practices, I experienced significant issues during my collaboration with Efir Media. Miscommunication, missed deadlines, and inconsistent work quality plagued the project, causing setbacks and additional expenses. I strongly urge potential clients to be cautious when considering Efir Media for web design services. Their misleading representations and subpar performance have led to a disappointing and costly experience for my company.
