I have been working with Edge Networks for 2 years. I have always been impressed with their intentionality and responsiveness. Their responsiveness is very impressive in comparison to the rest of the IT industry. The only disappointment I have is the lack of follow through on regularly scheduled meetings. We were told we would have quarterly meetings with a manager to see how we are doing with our services and see what else could be added. These meetings have only happened at our request and not from the follow through from Edge.
