Our 5-Step Process

Discovery Session:
To start, we conduct a discovery session to understand the root of your pain points and align on goals, so we can find optimal solutions and plans.

One-Year Marketing Plan:
Based on findings from the Discovery Session, we'll propose a detailed and comprehensive marketing plan for activities over the next 12 months.

Lay the Foundation:
Following the agreed upon marketing plan, we create a base for all future efforts. This includes creating a marketing calendar, integrating systems, and setting up tracking so we can start to fully measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

Experiment & Execute:
We start to execute against the strategies and initiatives agreed upon in the marketing plan. We'll experiment with different tactics and find what is driving growth and results.

Maintain & Adapt:
After the core plans have been launched and are running, we then use data and observations to adapt - do more of what's working and adjust where needed. We'll then create automation and processes to ensure marketing is consistent and sustainable over time.
