Designs touch llc was all I could have hoped for when choosing a marketing company. They truly gave attention to detail with the entire process. They were thorough in planning the design of my logo and ensured the logo captured the essence of what my business and slogan is. I did not even consider a slogan for my business. They walked me through everything that a smart start up should do and it has benefited my business so much so far. I look forward to working with Designs touch on more projects as I grow my business. Nim and his team are wonderful to work with! They manage our social media platforms at Life Navigators and offer us a great nonprofit rate for their services. When we first started working with them, they made sure to take the time to learn about our brand to ensure that they could adequately promote our services. They continue making extra efforts to build their relationship with us and are always available when we need. I highly recommend their team!

Designs Touch provided excellent customer service. They were very user friendly and treated me with a friendly attitude. I was always greeted with a smile, courtesy and respectful. Their service was above and beyond my expectations. A thorough knowledge of my business was understood and they met my needs, wants and desires for our website and logo design. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. They explained technical matters in a way that I could understand. They actively listened to what I had to say and showed empathy and kindness if I appeared to be somewhat forgetful. Design Touch even helped me to view my business strategies from a different perspective with the initial detailed website/Logo design questionnaire. The quality of their work is awesome. We love our website and logo. We received many thanks for utilizing their company with an affordable price and discount. We will be sure to pass Designs Touch on to family, friends and peers.
