**revised following a response from the Designity team** I contracted Designity 2 months ago for a branding project of a finance firm. At first I wasn't very happy with the amount of deliverables compared to the price paid, although they were of high quality. But after voicing my disappointment, the Designity team (with Shahrouz getting personally involved) contacted me to hear my feedback and to offer a very fair refund. Although it wasn't the best fit for me, I was happy to see a company that really cares about its customers. They did everything they could to make sure I was compensated for the miscommunication and to leave things on a good note. 5 stars for: high quality design, good communication (on all levels), and really caring about the customer.
