CoreTech has been absolutely wonderful to work with. All the way from the support desk to the Executive Suite, every employee is extremely responsive with a great attitude. We have made lots of changes in our IT department over the last year and there is not another MSP provider in Omaha I would rather work with. Whether it is support issues, equipment, or project work - CoreTech gets the job done!

Customer service response is good. We realize some things are out of their control such as the dropped service from Cox. Everyone is friendly and listens to our concerns.
