The main room, a 10,000 sqft open space with 14’ ceilings, is perfect for large scale events or productions holding up to 950 people. Fully equipped to handle corporate events, conferences, video/photography shoots, fashion/art shows, meetings and popups. We offer all of the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of functions.

In the back of the space, guests have access to a 3,000 sqft private outdoor garden. An additional 5000 sqft space, referred to as the Rum Room (an old rum distillery) is adjacent to the main room. This can be rented independently or together.

The creative space on the second floor with multiple 1,500 sqft rooms perfect for photo shoots, staging, dressing area, hair / makeup, etc. Fully equipped to handle both corporate and private events, offsite days, conferences, screenings, fashion events. We offer multiple bookable spaces that can be rented separately or combined are available. with all of the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of functions.

Price is ultimately based on the number of people, the hours, and the total space needed. Parties of all types, from corporate to intimate birthdays, wedding receptions.
