I've worked with Client Insight in several capacities. They worked for my company, and I've worked for them as a consultant on some of their projects. However, what I appreciate about their service is the in-depth phone interviews they conduct. I had them interview several of my clients to gather feedback and input on how we could serve them better. We could not have gathered this feedback ourselves. Clients were much more open to a 3rd party interviewer than they would have been with us. Their feedback was insightful and actionable. I highly recommend their services, and I think they'll create value for any business where relationships and customer lifetime value are important.
