Professional and proficient. I asked for a lot of detailed changes and input and at every stage, Canopy worked hard to understand my true business needs. Their focus on customer satisfaction makes them incredibly easy to work with on complex projects that contain discovery phases. Cannot articulate the feeling of relief (as opposed to stress) I experience when working with Canopy on technically complex projects - they always look at the true intent behind my requests and work hard to deliver something I am truly satisfied with.
