I've owned websites since 1998 and I started using security companies in late 1999 and the thing that bothered me the most was that the response time was so slow. Since I've been with Bytagig, they are on top of things like nobody I've ever dealt with. Their response time is absolutely the best. I've had to get some things fixed at 2AM in the morning and they responded literally within minutes. This is a great company to do business with. Bytagig has always been amazing to work with. They have put up with alot of probably silly questions from me. I know they would prefer more questions upfront than me just up and doing things and then they have to cleanup the mess I made. I have found that many times, it was MY fault that things were going wrong, and Bytagig set it to rights. They are always making great recommendations to improve our cyber security, but leave it up to us to make the decisions. Making sure your boss/main decision maker is in the loop regarding procedures done , decisions made and future work to be done in conjunction with Bytagig has been a winning combination for a good vendor-client relationship with Bytagig, (or any IT company, actually). You won't regret working with Bytagig!
