Thanks for stopping by. Companies like yours switch IT Service Providers for 4 main reasons:
1. Quite simply the response time with your current provider is terrible.
2. Every time you call for help, your talking to someone new, who doesn't know you or your firm and it takes far longer than it should to get the issue resolved.
3. They just seem to struggle to get things set up right the first time
4. Your monthly billing is incredibly unpredictable and it feels like the IT firm is learning on your dime.
As you are talking to other IT firms or visiting websites, I am sure you are finding it difficult to differentiate between us because we all sound the same. In fact, many of us go to the same conferences, use the same applications to support you and follow many of the same industry guru's.
We have 3 primary pillars as the foundation for our support. First, is the theKITCHEN, this is a business philosophy built around the development of continuous improvement within your business. In short, we write RECIPES, I'll explain more in a moment. Second, we support our client in small teams. Small teams means more personalized support and faster resolution time. It's really cool. And third is a fixed-fee agreement built to financially incentive us to reduce the number of IT issues within your business.
TheKITCHENs job is to write RECIPES. We all know that when you follow a RECIPE, its likely to lead to a particular outcome. We write technical RECIPES for your business.
One of my favorites RECIPES is for a New Employee. On Day 1 that employee needs applications, access to various folders, their signature line setup, membership to the necessary email distribution groups, printers, phone system, and the list goes on. We will co-author a New Employee RECIPE with you to ensure that on day 1 the employee has everything they need, rather than, "can you call BRITECITY because we forgot to install "X". The cool thing is, if we miss something, we tweak the RECIPE and get it "right" the next time. In essence theKITCHEN is a continuous improvement methodology built right into your business.
Let's talk about small teams. BRITECITY supports each company we serve through small teams. This 3-4 person team is assigned to a named list of accounts. That means, when you call we won't be asking "who are you?, tell me about this application you are using, etc. But rather, how was your vacation last week or yep this happened to your co-worker last week let me get that fixed. We have learned that no matter how good our documentation is, you still need tribal knowledge and relationship for this IT thing to work.
In the end, we believe it is our job to keep you and your staff PRODUCTIVE. Technology should not get in the way of work. In our Agreement, we support any business device, anywhere at anytime. And we do this on a no-contract month-to-month basis for a fixed monthly fee.
Because of this design, we are financially incentivized to try and figure out how to reduce the total number of IT issues within your organization. This forces us to look at cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, aging hardware, recurring issues, poor design, training, and more. This is where the design of how we deliver service starts to make sense. As I said, I'm on a fixed-fee agreement. Therefore, when you call it actually costs us money. If we can work together to reduce the total number of IT issues and keep your staff more productive its a win-win. You are more productive and we are more profitable. It's that simple.
