It has been a truly remarkable experience with our new partner Bluechip Call Center. They have been much better than our previous call center partner and maintained very high ratings throughout their short tenure. I really like the personalized experience that they are able to provide because of their tremendous technical proficiency in IVR technology. Overall we are happy with our journey so far, although AHT could be a little better.
As our new call center partner, we are impressed by the performance of Bluechip Call Center. They have helped us in every way. The CSAT is much better and the FCR percentage is also high. AHT does need some improvement though, but overall we are quite happy with their way of working. Their agents speak fluent English and our customers like them very much.
