Bit by Bit helped our team transition from a larger organization that provided in-house IT support to becoming a stand-alone self-sufficient team. We're lucky that this all took place before the pandemic, because when it arrived, we were already prepared to work remotely. They have continued to support us throughout for both large and small IT needs.
