Our assignment was to unify their branding, marketing efforts, and to upgrade their Wordpress website speed, usability, look and feel, along with optimizing it for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Their site needed to be refreshed with new content, and an improved layout so that there is a better user experience, delivered mobile-friendly views and so Dr. Rice’ most important services were brought to the forefront. With this, another area was to improve the call-to-actions so that viewers/users would have a more streamlined flow of information, and were directed to the most relevant content. We have also analyzed and are making recommendations for improving their cost per click with their Google Ads.

Outcome: We performed research on their competitors, the website’s current performance and speed, along with specific competitive keyword rankings, and made suggestions and recommendations for implementation on their website. We have identified several inefficiencies with their current Google Ads strategy, and will implement these changes. We will also track and report weekly and monthly, the user behavior metrics and outcomes for their website and Google Ads.

Project Scope & Objectives (BDB Marketing Design, LLC): Our client was looking to make several website changes due to their current one not being very user-friendly or flexible for them to make the needed revisions. Their current website provider had a very limited website interface where they couldn’t even make the simplest changes.

Outcome: We are redesigning their website on a separate development platform, have incorporated several areas of user-experience improvements and flow in navigation. We created wireframes and design layouts for their approval. We have reorganized some content to more logical areas, while also adding in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) elements for their web pages. We are managing the website hosting, and will be training them to make their needed upcoming web page revisions, so they can easily make content revisions when needed. The development web server is expected to become the live website server by Spring of 2021.

EUROFINS ENVIRONMENT TESTING TESTAMERICA (PREVIOUSLY TESTAMERICA, INC.) WEBSITE REDESIGN & MANAGE CONTENT.

Our client hired us to redesign their website. They were looking for a clean interface that would be more user-friendly, and would have an easier means to keep track of and have searchable site content. In developing this site, we worked with several staff members and developers using the Umbraco website platform. This site initially had HTML-built pages without a content management system (CMS). We provided wireframes, graphic design and different layouts. This site is mobile-friendly via several device formats and sizes.

Outcome: We continue to assist in maintaining the site, updating landing pages and content, integrating GoToWebinar hyperlinks for visitors to register for webinars. We also troubleshoot site issues.
