Cold food served to our daughters wedding guests. Likely the sterno blew out and went undetected. It was outside and breezy. Brides food was cold and her table was 15 feet from the food! Worst part is the manager Simon responds with a host of excuses, blaming us and the weather. He claims the food was served hot and got cold because of the cool air and wind. He knows the venue. If that happened he should know how to deal with it. Very unprofessional response. All of our guests confirmed the food was cold, yet he insists it was hot and he wasn't even there. Insulting. Also his bartended didn't make the Grooms signature drink, an Old Fashioned, because she didn't know the recipe! Simon blames us for not providing the recipe. She could google it. or ask us! The bitters and sugar cubes were untouched the next day. Very unprofessional company. Beware dealing with Simon.
