We retained 9th Wonder for a 6-month branding project. This came in the wake of two key acquisitions that expanded our existing markets and opened new, adjacent markets as well. We sought agency help to reposition the company and update/consolidate the brand to reflect the evolution of our business. The team at 9th Wonder came in and drove the project with focus, creativity, and great insight. With 9th Wonder, we had a genuine, invested partner who brought the invaluable expertise that we did not have in-house. They produced the entire slate of core deliverables: discovery docs, internal and customer interviews, messaging platform development, logo and collateral design, web site assessment and optimization, and market testing. The final deliverables were outstanding, and we’re now positioned—from a brand perspective—to accommodate additional growth and expansion for at least the next 5 years. Would I seek help from 9th Wonder should another large-scale marketing project arise? You bet. It’s the first call I’d make.
